Quality Assurance/ Quality Control:
At SANDAKA, quality functions as an integral discipline applied to all products and components as they flow through the various sequence of operations, towards completion. Quality assurance is enforced through mandatory “first-offs”, in-process and final inspections; utilizing proven tools such as SPC and process FMEAs to establish control plans.
Inspection of incoming stock validates compliance to applicable standards such as: ANSI, IFI, DIN, ISO, ASTM and customer specifications. Every shipment of product out of SANDAKA INC. is accompanied by an authentic Certificate of Compliance.
